The 3300X (Floor Standing Bottled from £437.56, or Floor Standing mains-fed/POU from £513.93) dispenses both chilled and hot water, so it can cover tea and coffee as well as cold drinks, and is available bottled or mains-fed depending on your site. The ArcticChill 109 (Tabletop or Floor Standing, both mains-fed, from £596.31) is chilled water only, but at a higher output than the 3300X, so it suits sites that want fast, high-volume cold water and do not need a hot tap on the same unit.

What's the difference between a mains-fed and a bottled watercooler?

A mains-fed (POU) cooler connects directly to your water supply, so it never needs a bottle changing. A bottled cooler uses replaceable water bottles instead, which suits sites without an easy mains connection nearby. Both types are available in our 3300X range.

Which model gives me hot water as well as cold?

The 3300X dispenses both chilled and hot water, useful if you want the same unit to cover tea and coffee. The ArcticChill 109 is chilled water only, at a higher output than the 3300X.

Do I need a plumber to install a mains-fed water cooler?
