Refund and Return Policy
1. Overview
We understand that sometimes a product just isn't right. We gladly accept returns for a refund under the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. All items must be returned within the specified window and meet the conditions listed to be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be shipped and on its way back to us within this 14-day period.
3. Eligibility and Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return and full refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be authorized by us prior to shipment (see Section 5 below).
- The product must be in the exact condition you received it.
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
If an item is returned and found not to meet these conditions, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or refuse the refund entirely and return the item to you at your expense.
4. Return Shipping and Fees
A. Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
B. Original Shipping Cost: The original shipping fees paid on your order are non refundable.
C. Restocking Fees: We Do Not charge a restocking fee.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at customersupport@bandbvending.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Authorisation: We will review your request and reply with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the exact address to which you should ship the item. Do not send the item back before receiving an RA number.
- Ship the Item: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your package and ship the item to B and B Vending Ltd, Unit 803, Lowfield Drive, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 0UU.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment processor.
- If you have not received a refund within 14 business days of receiving your refund confirmation email, please first contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Items
At B and B Vending, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your order, please follow the guidelines below:

Reporting Period: Please inspect your delivery immediately. Any damages or defects must be reported to customersupport@bandbvending.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.

Vending Equipment: For issues regarding vending machinery, our priority is to get you back up and running. We will first work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If the equipment is found to be defective, we will work to resolve the issue through repair, part replacement, or a full exchange at our discretion.

Resolution Process: For standard supplies, we will provide a return label and issue a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).

Shipping Costs: B and B Vending will cover all return shipping costs specifically for items that are confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
8. No Exchanges
As stated above, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, you must initiate a return for the original item (Section 5) and then place a new order for the desired product.
