What type of businesses do you service?

B & B Vending provides solutions for a wide range of environments, including office complexes, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, gyms, schools, and retail breakrooms. If you have foot traffic and a need for snacks, we can likely help.

What happens if my product fails to dispense?

Most of our machines are equipped with SureVend technology. If your product fails to vend, your payment will be automatically refunded.

  • For Card Payments: The transaction may initially appear as "Pending" in your banking app. Please allow up to 72 hours for this to clear; the hold will be released, and no funds will be deducted.
  • Still Need Help? If your refund hasn't processed after 72 hours, or if you experience any other issues, please use the contact form below to get in touch with our support team.

When contacting us about a vending issue, please include the machine ID number and the time of the transaction so we can resolve it faster!

How do you know when a machine needs to be refilled?

We use remote monitoring technology. Our team receives real-time data on inventory levels, so we know exactly when a specific product is running low and can restock before the coils go empty.

Does B & B Vending offer healthy snack and drink options?

We make healthy choices easy! Our specialised Better For You range focuses on lower-calorie, lower-sugar swaps without sacrificing flavour. Our standards include:

  • Lighter Treats: 80% of sweets are under 250kcal.
  • Smart Snacking: 30g portion-controlled bags or healthy alternative snacks.
  • Hydration Focused: 90% of our drinks are low-sugar (less than 5g per 100ml).

What is required at my location to install a vending machine?

To ensure a smooth and safe installation, we require the following at your site:

  • The Right Space: A safe, level, and easily accessible indoor environment. We recommend locations with high footfall, such as breakrooms, reception areas, or main corridors.
  • Power Supply: A standard 230V UK 3-pin earthed socket located within 1 metre of the machine. For safety and performance, we require a dedicated socket (Extension leads are not suitable).
  • Water Access (For Coffee Machines): If you are installing a hot drink or coffee machine, a mains water connection. The connection should include:
  • A 15mm mains water pipe.
  • An accessible shut-off valve.
  • A non-return valve (check valve) to comply with UK water regulations and prevent backflow.
  • The connection should terminate in a ¾” BSP appliance tap (similar to a washing machine connection). with a shut-off valve must be in place and ready within 1 metre of the machine.
  • Safety Compliance: All our machines are PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) tested upon installation to ensure they meet UK workplace health and safety standards.
