Service - Machine Maintenance

Our team of highly trained engineers install and maintain our vending machines to ensure that the equipment delivers the level of service and product quality you would expect at our usual high standard.

Our maintenance service is one of the best around, we can usually have an engineer on site within 4 hours of a fault being reported including weekend cover.

We offer complete service packages to ensure that the customer can get 24 hour access to our vending solutions.

Products, ingredients, cups etc are supplied and the operator will fill and clean the machine and collect and account for the cash takings at regular predetermined intervals usually dependant on the type of machines, type of products and consumption patterns. The charged price for vended products will be jointly agreed in the service level contract.
