Here are some answers to common questions we get asked.

What do I need for an installation?
In most cases the only requirements need for the installation of our machines is a flat surface for the machine to stand, a standard 3-Pin Plug Socket and in the case of beverage machines a standard 15mm mains water supply these need to be within 1.5 metres of the machine to comply with health and safety regulations.


How long does it take you to install a machine?
For beverage machines installation usually takes around 30 minutes and for snack/food and can/bottle machines installation takes around 15 minutes.


There is a specific machine that is not on your site, can you get it?
If you have a specific machine that you require it is possible that we can get it for you or advise you on a suitable alternative, please contact us with your requirements.


Who fills the machines?
Products, ingredients, cups etc are supplied and an operator will fill and clean the machine at regular predetermined intervals usually dependant on the type of machines, type of products and consumption patterns.


Will the service finance itself?
We do not guarantee that the revenue from the machine will cover the costs of its installation and upkeep, in certain cases it will but in others it will not, obviously this depends on a number of factors such as your number of employees and there consumption habits.
